The Landmines Struggle Center (Egypt) is the first center in Egypt and the Middle East targeting to eliminate landmines and their dangerous.
The center is a NGO established in the 3rd of December, 1997.

It includes university professors, journalists, lawyers, physicians and engineers in its membership. All of them are willing to stop the danger of landmines.  
 
The center is committed with international humanitarian law, resolutions and recommendations of anti-personnel landmines conferences, and the latest progress made by the resolutions of the Ottawa convention that has banned the production, transportation and usage of landmines. 
 
The center co-operates with several local and international organizations working in the field.
