First: The Geographical Survey Program
1) This program aims to determine the areas of landmines accurately in order to specified detailed map of the landmines in Egypt and rate their danger.
2) Setting up accurate statistics covering the number of victims (dead & injured) their families, their recent needs preparing lists of these needs consider fulfilling them
Second: Legal Assistance Program
1) Offering legal assistance for the victims in terms of legal consultations and filling cases in the Egyptian courts for compensations from those whom caused the harm
2) Using the international humanitarian law to call those who planted our land with millions of anti-personnel mines to clean their implants and compensate the helpless victims.
Third: Health Care Services Program
1) Improving the health services of landmine victims.
2) Helping the handicapped to adjust with new conditions.
3) Working on developing a convenient first aid to the victims.
4) Participating in establishing a well equipped emergency sections in the nearby hospitals.
Fourth: The Awareness Program
1) Establishing a database about the problem of landmines in Egypt.
2) Publishing reports, newsletters, booklets about the problem of landmines and the efforts done to eliminate its danger.
3) Providing the media with the needed information, graphics and statistics to motivate them focus on the problem in their agenda.
4) Setting training programs for the communicators to make sure that they have the essential information that should be transmitted to the public concerning this issue.
5) Setting clear awareness signs around mined areas.
Fifth: The Mines Clearance Program
1) Setting a work plan to determine landmines areas, efforts that should be done to clear these areas.
2) Using the modern technology methods in clearing Egyptian lands from mines.
3) Co-operating with local experience and their efforts in clearance projects.
